01Who supplies bulk herbs and spices from Turkiye?
Tuna Spice — a brand of Tuna Project, operated by Tuna Project Global Trade Inc. (İzmir, Türkiye) — supplies bulk dried herbs, ground spices and powders, whole spices, dried vegetables, and custom spice blends to buyers worldwide, with a US distribution warehouse in Florida.
02Which products are Turkiye-grown and which are sourced worldwide?
Türkiye-grown where it is genuine — oregano, thyme, bay (laurel) leaves, sumac, sage, rosemary, peppers and paprika, sun-dried tomatoes, mountain tea, poppy seed, and more. Globally traded spices such as cumin, cardamom, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and allspice are honestly sourced from their best origins. We are clear about origin per product.
03Do you make custom spice blends?
Yes. We blend over 40 international seasoning mixes — from BBQ, taco, and Italian to za'atar, garam masala, baharat, and ras el hanout — in Türkiye under ISO 22000 / HACCP control, and we develop buyer-specific recipes and private-label blends on request.
04What forms, grades, and packing are available?
Herbs and spices are supplied whole, cut, rubbed, ground, or as flakes/granules, across commercial grades, with a Certificate of Analysis per lot. Standard packing in cartons and bags; buyer-specific and private-label packing is available by RFQ.
05How do I import bulk herbs and spices DDP?
Request a quote with your destination, volume, grade, and packing format. We prepare DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) quotes where Tuna Project manages export documentation, ocean freight, customs clearance, and final delivery — so your shipment arrives with duties handled.
06What is the lead time for delivery?
Plan for approximately 60 days from confirmed order to delivery, depending on volume, packing format, port, and Incoterm.
07Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes. We can provide representative samples per product and grade. Contact us with your requirements, and we will arrange shipment of samples for your evaluation.
08Do you provide Certificates of Analysis with shipments?
Yes. Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming moisture, purity, and relevant quality parameters per batch.
